Peter Fillmore, President

 

With deep domain expertise in sales, sales management, forecasting and funnel design, Peter Fillmore leads the strategic planning of Momenta's business, process design services, and products. His background in sales began with the IBM data processing division, and he has continued his passion for innovation and market development through sales, marketing and product line management roles for many smaller firms, including Cray, Megalith, Dynex Power, and Dipix. He established his own successful consulting practice in Market Strategy, Sales Management, and Entrepreneurship – and has published dozens of respected articles on revenue generation for innovation companies. He has been a guest speaker for the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning (IBF), the IEEE, the Ottawa User Group of Salesforce.com, the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI), and the Centre de Recherche Informatique du Montréal (CRIM). The Momenta business and service concept comes from his acclaimed work in model design for Sales Processes and Sales Forecast Accuracy.

 

 

 

Peter H - Dir Product MgmntPeter Hanschke, Director Product Management

 

Peter Hanschke has over 15 years experience in product management, product marketing and marketing with many software companies in the industry, including Kinaxis, JetForm, Gallium Software and others. As Director of Product Management, Peter helps Momenta define its product strategy and implement processes to execute on the strategy - including determination of market trends and needs, articulation of the value proposition, competitive analysis, and alignment of the team to deliver products which will delight our customers and meet their needs through successfully addressing our opportunities in the marketplace.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shervin Ghazazani, Product Designer

 

Shervin develops software for Momenta Systems, and has a wide range of experience in desktop, mobile, and web-based development environments. In addition to his deep knowledge of mathematics, algorithms, and data structures, he brings a pragmatic knowledge of typical customer spreadsheet scenarios, problems, and solutions for managing Sales Funnels and Forecasting. His past experience includes work with IBM in design of electronic forms generation software, and Nortel Networks in design of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tools, and test software for telcommunications system components.

 

 

 

 

 

Sol Avisar, MomentaSol Avisar, VP Corporate Affairs

 

As Vice President, Corporate Affairs Sol Avisar is responsible for creating and managing the legal and corporate processes upon which Momenta is building for success, including strategic planning around intellectual property assets. Mr. Avisar has over 18 years of practice as legal counsel and advisor, with a focus on intellectual property issues, knowledge-based assets and corporate commercial transactions. He began his legal career at a large national firm in Toronto, and went on to start a successful, mid-size law firm with offices in Toronto and Ottawa. Mr. Avisar has an eye for creating innovation that drives competitive differentiation and has himself developed and authored a number of key intellectual property assets. Throughout his career, he has worked with businesses of all sizes in successfully building shareholder value. Most recently, he served as founding CEO of the enterprise software corporation, Formverse Technologies. He is currently involved with a number of growth oriented companies including Fusetalk (collaboration software), Miagwa Systems (environmental), CookieCom (e-commerce), and NeoWave Medical (healthcare).

 

 

 

Chris BiberChris Biber, Advisor Market Development

 

Chris is an award-winning marketer with over 20 years experience in International Sales, Business Development and Senior Marketing roles. As the founder and CEO of SearchingWorks Inc., he serves organizations throughout North America on the successful implementation of cost-effective Internet marketing strategies. Chris has won a series of Marketing awards such as the Cisco Growing With Technology Award and has also been featured in industry publications such as MarketingSherpa. Prior to founding SearchingWorks, Chris was Director of Marketing at Pronexus Inc. He has also held senior market development positions at Corel Corporation, Databeacon and other companies.
